Every material selection — from the engineered timber flooring to the hand-set stone splashback and custom joinery throughout — was approved collaboratively with the client before a single item was procured. Managing the project within a tight urban footprint required careful site logistics, phased deliveries, and close coordination with the local authority on access and working hours.
